NZ’s Unique Bird. Moa Facts

There was a good attendance at the Library, for the intriguing presentation of New Zealands’ unique bird – the Moa, by local identity Burns Pollock. Moas were found at about 15 different sites in North Otago, and Awamoa – land of the Moa – was the reason for Awamoa Rd being named by Walter Mantel.
