- cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 apples peeled, cored and sliced into 1cm pieces
- 125 grams butter or margarine
- 1 egg
- Toss apple with SR flour and sugar in med bowl. Melt butter in pot or microwave. Stir in egg and pour all into apple mixture. Mix till all well combined and spoon into greased and lined slice tin. Bake at 180deg c for 35-40 mins till top is golden and skewer inserted comes out clean. Keeps for about 3 days.
