Golden Marshmallow

  • 2 tablespoons gelatine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup hot cold


  1. Melt gelatine first in the cold water, then add the hot water. Pour it into the unbeaten egg whites. Beat well. Add sugar gradually. When it thickens, add the well beaten egg yolks. Sprinkle with coconut or jelly crystals.
